& Conditions
After
making a reservation, the booking form must be
completed, and signed by a nominated person. This
should be the party leader; he/she must be over
21, and authorised by all members of the party,
listed on the booking form. All documentation will
be sent to the party leader, who should duly
apprise the other party members of any appropriate
information. Please see contacts for the address
to which the booking form should be sent.
Upon receipt of the completed booking form,
confirmation of the booking will be sent to the
party leader in writing or via email. Please ensure that this
is correct, if it is not please inform us
immediately. The booking is solely for use of the
persons named on the booking form, unless there is
an agreement in writing with the owner(s).
GOVERNING
LAW
-This agreement shall be constructed in accordance
with and governed by the law of England and Wales,
and each party agrees to submit to a non-exclusive
jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
DEPOSITS
- Deposit of 20% is required and has to be paid in
full 14 days after booking confirmation. The
deposit is non- refundable if you decide to cancel
the booking.
BALANCE
- The balance is required 8 weeks before arrival
date.
CANCELLATIONS
& CHANGES
- Any cancellations will have to be done in
writing by the party leader. 4 to 8 weeks prior
cancellation notice is subject to a 50% rental
cancellation charge. Less than 4 weeks
cancellation notice is subject to 100% of
cancellation charge. If you decide to change the
date of your holiday, the rates are subject to
change. Wherever possible changes to dates will be
accommodated, however changes have to be done in
writing, and are subject to a £25 charge.
ARRIVAL
AND DEPARTURE
- Check in at 16:00 on day of arrival- Check out
at 10:00 on day of departure-early or late check
in / out require prior approval.
ACCOMMODATION
- No more than 10 people will be allowed to stay
in the villa. Smoking is strictly prohibited. No
pets allowed. The person named on the booking form
must be 21 years of age or over.
SECURITY
DEPOSIT
- Damage deposit of $500 is required prior to
occupancy,
against any loss damage during your stay at the
property. The property should be left clean and
undamaged; if the property is not left in a
suitable condition it may be necessary to charge
the damage deposit to cover costs for extra
cleaning. The security deposit will be refunded
within 30 days of the departure date, upon a
successful report from the management company. In
the event of any loss or damage to the property
over the value of the security deposit, we will
look for full reimbursement within 30 days.
INSURANCE
- We advise you to take out appropriate travel
insurance for the duration of your holiday.
FORCE
MAJEURE
- The owners or property management company do not
accept any liability occasioned to strikes, riots,
political unrest, hostilities, war, threat of war,
terrorist activity, industrial disputes, fire,
flood, technical weather problems to transport,
aircraft grounding, closure of airports or ports,
weather conditions, or any other even beyond our
control.
LIABILITY
OF SWIMMING POOL
- During your stay the owners and management
company do not accept any liability what so ever
for death, personal injury, accidents, loss or
damage to persons or personal effects however
caused. The property has a swimming pool, and the
owners and Management Company do not accept any
responsibility in the event of injury or death as
a result of using the pool. All children must be
supervised at all times. Also caution must be
taken around any wet areas.
